纵隔型肺癌X线分析

摘    要:目的加深对纵隔型肺癌的X线表现,提高其认识和诊断水平,以减少误诊。方法搜集23例纵隔型肺癌病例,分析其X线表现。结果纵隔型肺癌X线共同表现为纵隔影增宽。中央型肺癌伴有肺门增大或肿块、肺不张及其引起的局部肋间隙不同程度的变窄、气管移位,邻近肺叶有不同程度代偿性肺气肿等改变。胸膜下纵隔型肺癌还表现为轮廓分叶、毛刺征。隐匿型纵隔型肺癌仅表现为一侧纵隔增宽。结论纵隔型肺癌的共同X线表现为纵隔影增宽,中央型纵隔型肺癌的X线表现具有一定的特征,较易于诊断,周围型肺癌和隐匿型肺癌由于缺乏这些特点,诊断较为困难,需进一步行CT或MRI检查。

Analysis of Mediastinal Lung Cancer on X-ray

Abstract:Objective To raise awareness of X - ray performance of mediastinal type lung cancer , to improve levels of X - ray diagnosis of this disease, and to reduce misdiagnosis. Methods 23 mediastinal lung cancer cases were collected and analyzed for their X - ray performance. Results The common results of mediastinal bronchogenic carcinoma X - ray findings was widened mediastinum shadow. Central type of lung cancer was associated with increased or hilar mass and atelectasis caused by varying degrees of partial intercostal space narrowing, tracheal shift, there being varying degrees of adjacent lobe emphysema and other compensatory changes. Subpleural mediastinal type of lung cancer was also reflected in contour lobulation, burr sign. Occult mediastinal lung cancer showed only one side of widened mediastinum. Conclusion In conclusion , mediastinal lung cancer' s common X - ray findings could widen mediastinum shadow, and the central - type lung cancer mediastinal type X - ray findings should have certain features, so it might be easier to diagnose peripheral lung cancer. But due to lack of these characteristics occult lung cancer' diagnosis should be more difficult, so we need further CT or MRI examination.
