摘    要:目的:为了探讨一氧化氮(NO)在继发性脊髓损伤中的作用机制。方法:本实验通过微透析技术及反相高效液相色谱荧光法动态地观测了NO对急性脊髓压迫伤后伤段脊髓局部兴奋性氨基酸(EAA)含量动态变化的影响。结果:脊髓伤前30min蛛网膜下腔注射左旋精氨酸(LArg)明显升高了伤段脊髓组织谷氨酸(GLU)及天门冬氨酸(ASP)的浓度,而蛛网膜下腔注射亚硝基左旋精氨酸甲酯(LNAME)则降低了其上升的幅度。结论:急性脊髓损伤早期NO的产生能促进EAA的释放,从而加重继发性脊髓损伤。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the mechanism of effect of nitric oxide (NO) on secondary spinal cord injury.Methods:This experiment dynamically measured the effect of NO on content change of excitatory amino acid(EAA) after acute spinal cord compression by microdialysis and rHPLC.Results:The concentration of glutamate (GLU) and aspartate(ASP) in injured spinal cord increased significantly after Larginine(LArg) was infused into the spinal subarachnoid space at 30 min before injury;but lowered after NniroLarginine methyl ester(LNAME)was infused.Conclusion:NO can promote EAA release and worsen secondary spinal cord injury
