合同制护士离职倾向的调查研究

摘    要:目的 了解长春市三级甲等医院合同制护士的离职倾向.方法 用离职倾向量表对长春市三级甲等医院的424名合同制护士实施分层、随机抽样问卷调查,并对其结果进行分析.结果 合同制护士的离职倾向处于中等水平.其中,<25岁年龄组的离职倾向得分最高;未婚护士的总体离职倾向及离开护理职业倾向得分均高于已婚护士;工作时间在1~5年组的护士的总体离职倾向及离开单位倾向得分均高于其他组.结论 管理者可以根据不同护士的情况,采取相应的激励手段,制订针对性的人力资源管理对策,降低护士的离职倾向,稳定护理队伍.

Abstract:Objective To study the status of turnover intention of the contract nurses.
