| 摘 要： | 目的 观察鼻饲生大黄预防高血压脑出血昏迷患者胃肠功能紊乱的效果.方法 将79例高血压脑出血昏迷患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组患者入院后均给予留置胃管.观察组给予生大黄粉4.5 g加50 ml温开水搅拌均匀后鼻饲,2次/d,鼻饲后夹闭胃管1 h;对照组仅给予50 ml温开水鼻饲.观察两组患者入院后两周内腹胀的发生率、腹胀的持续时间、胃食管返流的发生率及消化道出血的发生率.结果 观察组腹胀的发生率较对照组明显下降(P<0.05);观察组腹胀时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05);观察组胃食管返流发生率较对照组明显减少(P<0.05);观察组消化道出血发生率较对照组明显减少(P<0.05).结论 鼻饲生大黄能有效预防高血压脑出血昏迷患者胃肠功能紊乱的发生.
