| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨无陪化护理在减少病区"红灯数"中的作用.方法 自行设计问卷,在无陪化护理开展前后各2个月,对拟开展无陪化护理的试点病区,由护士记录每天的"红灯"数及原因,统计护士分管病人数,并了解研究期间986名住院患者满意度.结果 无陪化护理前.信号灯使用率为人均1.34次,无陪化后,使用率0.39次;输液过程中"信号灯"呼叫频次最高,无陪化后,输液呼叫频率明显降低,由0.68减少到0.38;护士平均护理病人数,无陪化护理前为16.77人,无陪化护理后为8.09人;无陪化护理前试点病区患者满意度平均为92.73%,无陪化护理后满意度为98.91%.结论 无陪化护理在改进护理服务、提高护理质量、提升患者满意度等方面起到了重要作用.
