MED与传统手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的比较分析

目的:比较分析内窥镜与开窗手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及优缺点。方法:46例腰椎间盘突出症采用显微内窥镜腰椎间盘切除系统（microendoscony discectomv,MED Ⅱ）手术治疗;常规开窗法手术治疗的50例作对照组,根据Macnab标准评价疗效,并比较两组出血量、手术时间、住院时间、恢复正常生活/工作时间。结果:观察组优良率为93.5％,对照组优良率为90％,差别无统计学意义（P>0.05）。两组出血量、手术时间、住院时间、恢复正常生活、工作时间差别有统计学意义。结论:两种方法疗效相近,但后路经椎板间隙途径显微椎间盘镜手术创伤小、恢复快,是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的较好方法。

Comparative analysis of microendoscopy discectomy and conventional discectomy

Objective: To comparatively analyse the result of microendoscopy discectomy and conventional discectomy. Method;46 patients with lumber disc heniation were treated with microendoscopy discectomy(METRX). Other 50 patients with lumber disc heniation treated with conventional discectomy were used as control group. The clinical result were evaluated according to Macnab method and the blood loss, the operation time, the post-operative hospital stay time, the time of recovery to ordinary work or life were surveyed. Result:The excellent and good rate was 93.5% in studied group and 90% in control group. There was significant diffirence in all indices between two groups. Conclusion;Microendoscopy discectomy via lamina shows less trauma and faster recovery. It is safe and effective in the treatment of lumber disc heniation.
