摘    要:以TiO2 纳米微粒膜作为固载 β 环糊精的基体 ,可以实现 β 环糊精在压电石英晶体表面的超容量固载 ,固载容量为 4 μg cm2 。β 环糊精 TiO2 纳米微粒膜修饰的压电传感器对苯、甲苯、硝基苯、氯苯、o 二甲苯、m 二甲苯、p 二甲苯气体检测时响应时间为 1min ,检测浓度下限可低至 4 0ng ml。该方法为提高压电化学传感器的灵敏度和缩短响应时间提供了一种新方法

Abstract:Immobilization of β-cyclodextrine onto nanoporous TiO 2 films was characterized by using piezoelectric crystal sensor and FT-IR technique. The amount of immobilized β-cyclodextrine on the surface of quartz crystal was estimated to be about 4 μg/cm 2.The present piezoelectric gas sensor is successfully employed to detect benzene, toluene, chlorobenzene, nitrobenzene, o-xylene, m-xylene and p-xylene vapors with the detection limit down to 40 ng/ml. Application of such coatings in piezoelectric crystal chemical sensors should undoubtedly lead to improvements in performance of sensors, such as the response time and sensitivity.
