高压氧对急性一氧化碳中毒大鼠心肌超微结构的影响

摘    要:目的:研究高压氧(HBO)对急性一氧化碳中毒大鼠心肌超微结构的保护作用。方法:将大鼠随机分为急性一氧化碳中毒(ACMP)第1天、5天、10天、15天组和HBO第1天、5天、10天、15天组以及正常对照组。建立急性一氧化碳中毒大鼠模型。应用电镜观察各组心肌超微结构改变。结果:ACMP第1天组可见弥漫性心肌细胞内线粒体肿胀,嵴减少甚至消失而变空等现象;第5天组可见部分心肌细胞出现局灶性肌溶灶;第10天组可见多数心肌细胞线粒体损伤减轻;第15天组间质水肿仍可见。HBO组病理改变在第1天、5天、10天组均明显轻于同期的ACMP组,第15天组的超微结构已恢复正常。结论:HBO可以显著减轻ACMP大鼠心肌超微结构的损伤程度,对心脏有明显的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the protective effect of hyperbaric oxygen on the ultrastructure of myocardium in rats with acute carbon monoxide poisoning(ACMP).Methods Rats were randomly divided into ACMP 1st day group,ACMP 5th day group,ACMP 10th day group, ACMP 15th day group,HBO 1st day group,HBO 5th day group,HBO 10th day group,HBO 15th day group and normal control group.Model rats with ACMP were established.Ultrastructure changes of myocardium in rats of all group were observed by electron microscope.Results Mitochondria swelling,decrease or disappearance of mitochondria crista,vacant area and so on,in diffuse cardiac myocytes were observed in rats of ACMP 1st day group.Focal myocytolysis foci were seen in rats of ACMP 5th day group.Amelioration of mitochondria damage in most cardiac myocytes was observed in rats of ACMP 10th day group.Interstitial edama remained in rats of ACMP 15th day group.Compared with simultaneous ACMP group,pathologic changes of myocardium in rats of HBO 1st day group,HBO 5th day group and HBO 10th day group were significantly improved.Ultrastructure of myocardium in rats of HBO 15th day group came back to normal.Conclusions Early HBO can markedly alleviate pathologic lesion of the ultrastructure of myocardium in rats with ACMP,which have significant protective effect on hearts.
