| 摘 要： | ＂双师＂素质师资队伍是强校之本,发展之源,各校十分重视＂双师＂素质师资队伍建设。文章借鉴＂工程思维＂理念,以专任教师为主体,以青年教师为重点,以医疗一线专业人才为补充,以稳定的＂双师＂培训基地为前提,以科学的评价体系为手段,以健全的制度为保障的思路,探索与实践了医类高职院校＂双师＂素质师资队伍的建设,收到了明显的效果。
