长期化学治疗患者经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉导管的留置时间

目的探讨长期化学治疗患者延长经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉导管（PICC）留置时间的可行性。方法对我科2002年6月-2006年6月间留置PICC的826例患者的留置时间、拔管原因、维护方式、导管相关性感染等进行回顾性分析。结果患者PICC留置时间为7天-34个月，其中留置时间达1年以上者112例（13．6％）；拔管主要原因是治疗结束及死亡，占95．4％；因导管相关性感染拔管者12例，仅占2．5％。结论因治疗方案需要长期化疗的患者，在经过PICC资格培训的护理人员的维护下，能够将PICC导管的留置时间延长至1年以上。

Indwelling Time of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters in Patients with Long-term Chemotherapy

Objective To evaluate the feasibility of prolonging the indwelling time of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)in patients with long-term chemotherapy.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted in 826 PICC cases from June 2002 to June 2006,including indwelling time,reasons for catheter removal,catheter maintenance,and catheter-related infection,etc.Results The PICC indwelling time ranged from 7 days to 34 months.Totally,112 cases(13.6%)had indwelling time over 1 year.The main reasons for catheter removal were therapy completion or death due to diseases,which accounted for 95.4%;and the catheter-related infection only led to catheter removal in 12 cases(2.5%).Conclusion For specific patients with long-term chemotherapy,the indwelling time of PICC can be prolonged to over one year when managed by certificated PICC nurses.
