氪黄激光治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿

目的：探讨氪黄激光治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿的疗效。方法：对４０例（７４只眼）非增殖期及增殖早期糖尿病性视网膜病变黄斑水肿患者，对照眼荧光血管造影，采用氪黄激光进行直接或格栅光凝。随访３－１７个月，每３个月复查视力及眼底荧光血管造影。分析视力及黄斑水肿变化情况，结果：光凝治疗后视力进行１７只眼，占２３％，无变化４５只眼，占６１％，减退１２只眼，占１６％，黄斑水肿消失８只眼，占１１％，明显减轻２１只眼，占

Diabetic macular edema treated with krypton yellow laser photocoagulation

To evaluate the efficiency of Krypton yellowlaser photocoagulation on diabetic macular edema，40 diabetic patients（74eyes）hadbeen treated with focal or grid laser photocoagulation.During the follow-up of 3～17months，patients′ visual acuities and fluorescein angiography were examined every 3months and the changs of macular edma analysed.After photocoagulation，visual acuitiesimproved in 17 eyes （23％），reduced in 12 eyes （16％） and unchanged in 45 eyes（61％）.Macular edema completely resolved in 8 eyes （11％），partially resolvedin 47 eyes （63％） unchanged in 10 eyes （14％） and deteriorated in 9 eyes （12％）.ConclusionKryptonyellow laser photocoagulation is effective in the treatment of diabetic macular edema.
