消化系疾病网络辅助诊断会诊系统的开发和临床应用

目的 为进一步提高对消化系疾病，尤其是疑难、罕见病诊断的准确性和及时性，开发研制了消化系疾病网络辅助诊断会诊系统，并探讨其临床应用价值。方法 使用我们自行开发的计算机网络系统，采用盲法对住院患者和文献报道的一些非常见或罕见病例进行诊断查询。结果 对52例住院患者和13例文献报道的罕见病例的症状和体征进行组合查询，检索结果中包含了正确的诊断分别为49例和10例，符合率分别为94．2％和76．9％。结论 该辅助诊断会诊系统有较好的临床应用价值和发展前景。

Development and clinical evaluation of assistant consultation network system for digestive diseases

Objective To further improve the diagnostic accuracy of digestive diseases especially clinically uncommon encountered diseases we have recently developed a consultation network system for digestive diseases and explored the worth of clinical application.Methods The diagnoses of 52 in patients from our department and some rare cases reported in literature were blindly analyzed by our own computer network system.Results In the combinatorial inquiries of symptoms and signs of 52 inpatients and 13 rare cases reported in literatures the correct diagnoses were mad in 49 and 10 respectively,the accordant rates were 94.2% and 76.9% respectively.Conclusion The assistant consultation network system for digestive diseases shows a promising result and prospect in clinical practice.
