舌部分切除后的语音障碍及语音康复

目的研究舌部分切除后语音障碍的特点,探讨语音训练对提高舌部分切除后患者的语音清晰度和其在语音康复中的作用。方法将76例舌部分切除患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。采用语音判听的方式对76例舌部分切除后患者的普通话21个声母、8个韵母及汉语语音清晰度表中字的发音进行对比分析,并比较进行语音训练对患者的语音变化的影响。结果舌部分切除后将引起患者语音清晰度降低,手术后进行语音康复训练的有效发音率为84.2%,显著高于对照组患者有效发音率34.2%。结论舌部分切除将导致患者发音方式和发音部位的异常,术后有效的语音训练和语音康复指导是恢复患者语音功能的有效方法。

Study on Speech Disorder and Speech Rehabilitation of the Patients after Partial Glossectomy

Objective To study the speech disorder and speech rehabilitation of the patients after partial glossectomy,and investigate the effect of speech training on speech rehabilitation after partial glossectomy. Methods Speech analysis of 76 patients with the operation of partial glossectomy and 3 month post-operative patients with glossectomy by testing 21 shengmu and 8 yunmu,particular on speech articulation involved in the tongue,and to compare the speech change before and after partial glossectomy. Results Speech disorder after partial glossectomy is mainly debased the speech articulation of pronunciation that will be involved in the tongue. Speech therapy can improve the speech articulation of patients with partial glossectomy,and effective articulation rate is about 84.2%. There was prominent difference between the effective articulation rate after speech therapy and the effective articulation rate of control group(P <0.01). Conclusion The speech articulation of patients after partial glossectomy has the speech disorder of pronunciation that will be involved in the tongue. Speech therapy can correct effectively speech disorder,and improve the speech articulation of post-operative patients with partial glossectomy.
