枸橼酸铋钾与庆大霉素联合治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性的十二指肠溃疡研究

摘    要:本文用枸橼酸铋钾、庆大霉素单独及联合使用治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性的十二指肠溃疡57例。治疗前后均做胃镜、病理活检及HP染色。结果显示:治疗8周后,枸橼酸铋钾组HP的转阴率为57.4%;庆大霉素组的转阴率为52.6%;联合组的转阴率为89.5%。联合组的转阴率与单独使用枸橼酸铋钾、庆大霉素组的转阴率相比,差异有显性P<0.05。一年内的复发率,枸橼酸铋钾组为50%,庆大霉素组为62%,联合组为10.5%。表明:联合使用枸橼酸铋钾、庆大霉素治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性的十二指肠溃疡,可提高HP的转阴率并能较好地预防复发。

Combined Treatment with Bismuthi Kalii Citratis and Gentamycin for Duodenal Ulcer of Positive Helicobacterium Pylori

Abstract:57 cases of duodenal ulcer of positive helicobacterium pylori were treated with bismuthi kalii eitratis and gentamycin respectively and combinedly. Gastroscope, pathologic biopsy examination and HP staining were all applied both before and after treatiment. The results showed that, 8 weeks after treatment, the negative conversion rates of HP in bismuthi kalii eitratis group, in gen-tamycin group and in the combined group were 57. 4 percent, 52. 6 percent and 89. 5 percent respectively. There was marked significance in the comparision of the negative conversion rate of the combined group with that of mere use of either bismuthi kalii eitratis or gentamycin (p<0.05). The recurrence rates of the 3 groups within a whole year were 50 percent, 62 percent and 10. 5 percent respectively, which indicated that the combined trentment with bismuthi kalii eitratis and gentamycin for duodenal ulcer of positive heiicobacterium pylori could increase the negative conversion rat of HP and could better prevent recurrence.
