| 摘 要： | 以琼脂糖凝胶高压电泳继以抗人Bf抗血清免疫固定技术，对26名IDDM患者检测了朴体第二途径B因子(Bf)通传多态性。结果表明：与正常人比较，BfS07在患者中基因频率较高(0.039：0.009)，但无统计学意义；BfSS07表型频率(7．69％)和BfFF表型频率(7．69%)有增高趋势(正常人分别为1．81％和3．18%）在Bfss07表型人群和BfFF表型人群中IDDM的相对危险性(RR)分别是4．5和2．54。

| Abstract: | The alteration of properdin factor B(Bf )allotypes has been showed to be associated with IDEM. Twenty-six patients with IDDM were investigated for the genetic polymorphism of Bf allotypes by high voltaggel electrophoresis and subsequent immunofixation. Results showed that the gene frequency of BfS07 is 0. 039 in the patients,that is 0. 009 in normals of this district, but no significant difference could be found between the both. There existed also increased trend of phenotype frequencies of BfSS07(7. 69%)and BfFF(7. 69%)as compared with that in normals(l.81% and 3. 18%,respectively). The distribution of IDDM Bf allotypes of IDDM in different races and areas is really true and suggested also that higher gene frequency of BfS07 is possibly of important role for characterizing the IDDM of this area. |
