灰阶超声与X线诊断乳腺良性病变的比较分析

本文分析了65例经手术病理证实的乳腺良性病变的灰阶超声及X线表现，并对比后两者诊断结果。65例中X线诊断正确29例，正确率44％，超声诊断正确40例，正确率61％，9例致密型乳腺X线片未见肿块，经B超检查均诊断正确，因此我们认为，年青患者或X线显示致密型乳腺者，利用超声检查很有帮助，尤其在鉴别囊，实性和实性肿块方面准确率高，而中老年患者可先行X线检查，如诊断明确者，可不必再行B超检查。

Diagnosis of Breast Benign Diseases:Comparative Study of Gray Scale Sonography and Mammography

Gray scale ultrasonic and radiographic manifestations of 65 cases of breast benign diseases were studied.Based on breast benign diseases were diagnosed correctly as compared with 44% accuracy for mammography and 61% for sonography.In 9 cases with dense breast,no mass was detectable on mammography,where in all of them correct diagnosis were made by sonography.Therefore sonography was considered useful in young patients;in patients with dense breast;and to differentiate cystic from solid masses.Breast sonography yielded no additional benefits in atrophic and fatty breasts in elder patients studied by mammography.
