亚油酸乙酯微乳成乳条件的研究

摘    要: 目的:探索微乳的制备条件,考察微乳体系的相图行为及稳定性。方法:以亚油酸乙酯为油相,二辛基琥珀酸磺酸钠(aerosol-OT)为表面活性剂,短链醇(正丙醇、正丁醇、正戊醇)为助表面活性剂,用蒸馏水滴定上述3组分不同配比的混合物以制备微乳,绘出微乳体系的伪三元相图;考察助表面活性剂、表面活性剂等因素对稳定性的影响。结果:以适当的配比制得稳定的微乳。结论:醇对相图行为有影响。醇的种类,醇与二辛基琥珀酸磺酸钠的比值影响微乳的稳定性。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the preparing conditions, the phase behaviours and the stability of microemulsion. METHODS: The ethyl linoleate used was investigated as oil. Aerosol-OT was investigated as surfactant and three short chain alcohols (n-propanol, n-butanol, n-pentanol) were investigated as cosurfactants. Microemulsion was prepared by titrating the compounds of oil, surfactant and cosurfactant with distilled-water. According to the above results, pseudo-ternary phase diagrams were constructed. The factors influencing the stability were investigated such as cosurfactant, surfactant, etc. RESULTS: Stable microemulsion was made. CONCLUSIONS: Alcohols affect the phase behaviours. Alcohols, mixing ratio of alcohol, and surfactant (Km) are the factors affecting the stability of microemulsions.
