慢性肝病患者sCR1与血清层粘连蛋白含量变化的关系研究

目的：研究慢性肝病血清中可溶性Ⅰ型补体受体（sCR1）的浓度变化和层粘连蛋白的含量变化，并分析二者的相关性，以探讨其临床意义。方法：采用双抗体夹心ELISA法测定血清中sCR1浓度，采用放射免疫法测定血清层粘连蛋白含量。结果：对慢性肝病人群及正常人群进行研究表明，不同肝病患者血清sCR1水平不同程度的升高，慢性肝病血清sCR1浓度显著高于正常人群（P〈0．01）；并且23例肝硬化患者血清sCR1浓度显著高于慢性肝病人群（P〈0．01）；血清sCR1与层粘连蛋白（LN）二者密切相关（r=0．73）。结论：慢性肝病血清sCR1的变化、层粘连蛋白含量的变化与肝脏损伤严重程度密切相关，可为慢性肝病患者的早期、快速、准确诊断提供相应的理论依据。

Investigation of relationship between changes of concentrations of soluble complement receptor type 1 and laminin in serum of patients with chronic liver diseases

Objective:To study the changes of concentrations of soluble complement receptor type 1(sCR1) and laminin in serum of patients with chronic liver diseases,analyze their relationship and investigate the significance of sCR1 and laminin.Methods:Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used in detecting the concentration of sCR1 in serum,and radioimmuassay was used in detecting the laminin in serum.Results:The results showed that the concentration of serum sCR1 in liver diseaseswas significantly higher than that of healthy individuals(P<0.01).The serum sCR1 of 23 hepatocirrhosis was significantly higher than that of patients with chronic liver diseases(P<0.01),and correlation with laminin(r=0.73).Conclusion:sCR1 accumulates in liver diseases and evaluation of its serum levels could be useful as a liver function test.It could act as a proof in early,rapid and correct diagnosis of chronic liver diseases.
