PICC导管相关性感染的危险因素Logistic多元回归分析

目的:探讨引起PICC导管相关性感染的独立危险因素。方法:对2002年9月～2009年12月实施PICC患者的所有资料进行汇总分析,比较发生导管相关性感染和无导管相关性感染组临床及各项置管指标,对可能影响感染因素进行多因素Logistic回归分析。结果:380例PICC患者发生导管相关性感染30例(7.89%),单因素分析影响导管相关性感染因素包括8项指标,多因素回归分析显示操作经验少、特殊药物应用、导管留置时间长、年龄大是导管相关性感染的独立危险因素。结论:PICC导管相关性感染的发生率较高,与多种因素有关,应针对相关因素进行预防。

Logistic regression analysis of risk factors about PICC catheter-related infections.

Objective：Explore the PICC catheter-related infections caused by the independent risk factors.Methods：To summarize all the information and comparie of catheter-related infections occurred and non-catheter-related infections and various catheter clinical indicators of factors that might affect infection Logistic regression analysis of multiple factors form September 2002-December 2009.Results：380 cases of PICC catheter-related infections occurred in patients with 30 cases（7.89%）,single-factor analysis of factors affecting catheter-related infections,including eight indicators,Multivariate regression analysis showed that operate with little experience,special drug applications,catheter indwelling long time,older catheter-related infections independent risk factors.Conclusion：PICC catheter-related infections and the high occurrence,with a variety of factors,related factors should be targeted for prevention.
