消毒隔离在放射科应用的必要性

目的探讨消毒隔离在放射科应用的必要性，预防和控制医院感染。方法在消毒前后放射科检查室的空气、医技人员的手以及摄片暗盒进行细菌培养。结果消毒前，检查室的空气、医技人员的手以及摄片暗盒均有大量细菌存在，主要菌株为表皮葡萄球菌，消毒后仅见极少细菌和无细菌存在。结论在放射科进行常规消毒隔离非常必要，是控制和预防医院感染在放射科发生的关键环节。

The Necessity of Disinfection and Isolation in the Department of Radiology

Objective To explore the necessity of disinfection and isolation in the department of Radiology for controlling and preventing the nosocomial infection. Methods Becterial culture was performed in the air of the examining room, the hands of technicians, and on the cassettes before ang after disinfection. Results Bacterial culture showed large numders of bacteria in the air of the examining room the hands of technicians, and on the cassettes before disinfection. Few bacteria Was detected after disinfection. The common bacteria in the department of Radiology is stsphylococcus epidermidis. Conclusion It is necessary to under went routine disinfection and isolation in the department of Radiology, which is crucial to control and prevent the nosocomial infection.
