Dyract复合体与光固化复合树脂修复楔状缺损的临床对照研究

摘    要:目的 :比较复合体与光固化复合树脂两种材料修复楔状缺损的临床效果。方法 :在同一个体上选择条件基本相同的楔状缺损患牙 ,共 1 97例 394颗 ,分别采用Dyract复合体和光固化复合树脂充填修复 ,随访观察 1 8~ 2 4月 ,并对其疗效进行比较。结果 :Dyract复合体组总成功率为 92 .39% ,高于光固化复合树脂组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;前者的修复体脱落率为 3.5 5 % ,牙髓活力改变率为 0 .5 0 % ,均低于后者 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;前者的修复体边缘不密合、变色率为 3.0 5 % ,继发龋发生率为 0 .5 1 % ,尽管也低于后者 ,但没有显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :Dyract复合体粘结性强 ,对牙髓刺激性小 ,是修复楔状缺损较为理想的材料

Abstract:Objective: The purpose of this in vivo study was to compare the effects of Dyract compomer and composite resin in restoring wedge-shaped defect teeth. Methods: 394 wedge-shaped defect teeth in the same conditions were randomly assigned to two equal groups and restored with Dyract compomer and composite resin respectively. The clinical effects were evaluated 18-24 months later. Results: The total successful rate of Dyract compomer was 92.39%, there was significant difference compared with composite resin (P<0.05). The falling rate and pulpitis incidence rate of the former were 3.55% and 0.50%, there was significance difference compared with the latter(P<0.05). The disadaptation, discolored rate and secondary caries incidence rate of the former were 3.05% and 0.51%, there was no significance difference compared with the latter(P>0.05). Conclusion: The Dyract compomer's adhesion to tooth substance was better and stimulation to dental pulp was less than that in light cured composite resins. It indicates that Dyract compomer is a kind of ideal material to restore wedge-shaped defect.
