通脉明视胶囊治疗前部缺血性视神经病变疗效观察

目的探讨通脉明视胶囊治疗前部缺血性视神经病变的临床疗效。方法前部缺血性视神经病变患者56例(59只眼),予口服通脉明视胶囊,同时配合能量合剂、维生素等支持疗法,观察治疗前后患者的视力(标准对数视力表)、视野、眼底及FFA变化。结果本组共56例59只眼,显效27只眼(45.76%),有效25只眼(42.37%),无效7只眼(11.86%),总有效率88.14%。视力:治疗前4.26±0.21,治疗后4.43±0.13(t=5.287,P<0.05)。视野平均光敏感度:治疗前(14.1±0.91)dB,治疗后(17.37±1.07)dB(t=17.88,P<0.05)。视盘荧光充盈迟缓时间:治疗前(1.56±0.45)s,治疗后(0.87±0.39)s(t=8.9,P<0.05)。结论通脉明视胶囊治疗前部缺血性视神经病变能明显提高疗效,改善视功能。

Effect observation of Tongmai Mingshi Capsule for anterior ischemic optic neuropathy

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effect of Tongmai Mingshi Capsule in the treatment of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy.METHODS Fifty-six patients（59 eyes） were treated with Tongmai Mingshi Capsule,energy mixture,vitamin and other supportive therapies.The patients＇ vision（standard logarithmic visual acuity chart）,visual field,fundus and FFA were observed before and after treatment.RESULTS Of 56 cases 59 eyes,the results was as follows： obvious effect in 27 eyes（45.76%）,effect in 25（42.37%）,no effect in 7（11.86%）,the total effective rate 88.14%;average visual acuity（4.26± 0.21） before treatment,（4.43±0.13） after treatment.The difference was statistically significant（t=5.287,P0.05）.The average visual field sensitivity（14.1± 0.91） before treatment and（17.37±1.07） after treatment,the difference was statistically significant（t=17.88,P0.05）.Optic papilla fluorescence filling delay time（1.56 ±0.45） seconds before treatment and（0.87 ±0.39） after treatment,the difference was also statistically significant（t=8.9,P0.05）.CONCLUSIONS Tongmai Mingshi Capsule could obviously improve the clinical effect and visual function of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy patients.
