复方樟柳碱穴位注射治疗眼肌麻痹的疗效观察

目的观察复方樟柳碱太阳穴注射治疗眼外肌麻痹的临床疗效。方法将59例(59只眼)后天性眼外肌麻痹患者随机分为复方樟柳碱治疗组30例(30只眼)和对照组29例(29只眼)。治疗组用复方樟柳碱行患侧太阳穴位注射,每天1次,14 d为1个疗程,根据病情连续治疗2～4个疗程,同时口服强的松及复方血栓通胶囊。对照组予维生素B1和腺甘钴胺肌肉注射,每天1次,14 d为1个疗程,同时口服强的松及复方血栓通胶囊,根据病情连续治疗2～4个疗程。观察2组病例复视消失时间,眼位及眼球运动情况。结果治疗组30例中治愈20例(66.7%),好转7例,无效3例,总有效率90.0%;对照组29例中治愈11例(37.9%),好转9例,无效9例,总有效率69.0%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方樟柳碱患侧太阳穴注射治疗眼外肌麻痹可明显提高治愈率,操作比颞浅动脉旁皮下注射简单,无并发症,安全有效。

Clinical research in treatment of ophthalmoplegia with compound anisodine hydrobromide injection

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of acupoint injection with compound anisodine on ophthalmoparalysis.METHODS Fifty-nine cases（59 eyes） of acquired ophthalmoparalysis patients were randomly divided into 2 groups： 30 cases（30 eyes） as treatment group,29 cases（20 eyes） as control group.Treatment group was given acupoint injection of Taiyang（EX-HN5） with compound anisodine once each day,and a treatment course was 14 days.Each patient was treated 2～4 courses according to the illness severity.Control group was given oral VitB1 and cobamamide muscular injection once each day,and a treatment course was 14 days.Both groups were given prednisone and compound Xueshuantong capsule.The diplopia extinction time,position of eye and ocular movement recover status were observed.RESULTS In treatment group,20 cases were cured（66.7%）,7 turned better and 3 failed.The total effective rate was 90.0%.In control group,11 cases were cured（37.9%）,9 turned better,9 failed and the total effective rate was 69.0%.The cure rate was significantly different between the 2 groups.CONCLUSIONS Acupoint injection with compound anisodine was safe and effective for ophthalmoparalysis,and the operation of this treatment was simple and had no complications.
