| 摘 要： | 报告输尿管结石并发肾盂上皮癌3例，其中2例为输尿管上段结石，1例为输尿管下段结石，3例均合并重度肾积水。2例行输尿管切开取石 肾切除术，1例行输尿管下段切开取石，并结合文献对其致癌因素进行讨论，认为该病极易误诊，主要原因是临床表现不典型及检查阳性率低，对重度肾积水术中应探查肾脏。

| Abstract: | cases of ureteral stones and pyeloepithial carcinoma were presented consisting of 2 cases of the upper ureteral stones and one case of the lower ureteral stones and 3 cases of severe hydronephrosis,2 cases underwent ureterolithotomy and nephrectomy,one case underwent ureterolithotomy.The facters of carcinogenesis were discussed with a review of literatures.The disease is misinterperpreted easily,the main causes are nonidentical clinical findings and less positive rate of examination. |
