多层螺旋CT对胃癌的诊断及其预测手术可能性的价值分析

目的探讨螺旋CT对胃癌的诊断及对预测手术可能性的临床价值分析。方法对我院近年来收治的52例胃癌患者术前的CT诊断结果及预测手术可能性与手术结果进行比较分析。结果CT正确预测不宜手术16例,错误预测不宜手术1例;术前预测宜手术36例,有34例成功实行根治术。结论螺旋CT具有扫描速度快、大容量及后处理速度快的特点,能清晰显示胃腔胃壁厚度及周围器官的解剖关系,肿瘤形态大小以及与邻近结构的关系,较为可靠地预测胃癌的手术可能性。
