| 摘 要： | 目的 研究非小细胞肺癌CD44v6和C-erbB-2基因蛋白的 表 达状况及其临床意义。方法 应用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶 (SP)法染色技术，对65例非小细胞肺癌组织标本进行检测，并分析其临床意义。结 果 CD44v6高表达与非小细胞肺癌的淋巴结转移及临床分期有关(P<0.05)；C -erbB-2高表达与非小细胞肺癌的淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论 检测CD44v6和C-erbB-2基因蛋白的表达，有可能为判断非小细胞肺癌淋巴结转移、病变 的发展以及评估预后提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the expressions of CD44v6 and C erbB 2 gene product in non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),and their clinical significance.Methods The expressions of CD44v6 and C erbB 2 gene product in 65 cases of non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) were analysed quantitatively with the immunohistochemistry staining technique(SP),and the result were related to clinical data.Results The results showed that CD44v6 overexpression was associated with the stages with lymphnodes involved and the desease staging( P <0 05).The C erbB 2 overexpression also correlated with the stages with lymphnodes involved ( P <0 05).Conclusion The data demonstrated that expressions of CD44v6 and C erbB 2 gene product might be used as objective indicators of the metastatic potency,extent of invation and the prognosis in NSCLC. |
