超声生物显微镜诊断挫伤性睫状体脱离

摘    要:目的:评价超声生物显微镜(ultrasound biomicroscopy,UBM)在挫伤性睫状体脱离诊断中的应用价值。方法:应用UBM检查18例经前房角镜检查为睫状体脱离的患者及7例眼挫伤后可疑睫状体脱离的患者,对睫状体脱离的形态进行分析。结果:经UBM检查25例中,20例明确探查出睫状体巩膜的离断口,且前房与睫状体上腔之间直接沟通,5例探查出睫状体完全与巩膜突脱离,未见前房与睫状体上腔之间直接沟通。结论:UBM检查不受屈光间质清晰度、眼压高低等因素的影响,对于挫伤性睫状体脱离的诊断较前房角镜有较高的诊断价值。

Abstract:To evaluate the benefit of ultrasound biomicroscope (UBM) for the diagnosis of traumatic cyclodialysis. Methods:18 eyes of cyclodialysis diagnosed by gonioscopy and 7 eyes with suspected cyclodialysis after eye contusion were examined by UBM. Results:In all 25 eyes,20 eyes could be found a fistula between anterior chamber and superciliary cavity and 5 eyes could be found cyclodialysis but without the fistula. Conclusions:UBM can be used to make more exact diagnosis of cyclodialysis than the gonioscopy,which is not influenced by the opacity of optic media and the status of intraocular pressure.
