高效液相色谱法测定骨筋速康片中士的宁和马钱子碱的含量

目的：建立骨筋速康片中士的宁和马钱子碱的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，AgilentZorbaxTMSB—C18分析柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为0．01mol·L^-1庚炕磺酸钠与0．02mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾的等体积混合溶液（用10％磷酸调节pH值2．8）．乙腈（815：185）；流速1．0mL·min^-1；检测波长260nm。结果：士的宁和马钱子碱在0．06～0．14mg·mL^-1和0．03～0．07mg·mL^-1浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。平均加样回收率士的宁为101．09％（RSD=0．66％），马钱子碱为100．19％（RSD=0．68％.结论：本方法简便、准确、快速，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Determination of Brucine and Strychnine in Gujinsukang Tablet by HPLC

Objective： To establish a method for the content determination of brucine and strychnine in gujinsukang tablet by HPLC. Methods： An Agilent ZorbaxTM SB-C18column （250 mm ×4.6mm,5μm） was used for separation. The mobile phase consisted of the equal volume of 0.01 mol·L^-1 sodium heptanesulfonate and 0.02 mol·L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate sodium （adjusted pH = 2.8 by 10% phosphoric acid） -acetonitrile （815 ： 185）, the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1. The eluate was monitored by detector at wavelength of 260 nm. Results： The linear ranges of bmcine and strychnine were 0.06 -0.14 mg·mL^-1（r2=0.999 6） and 0.03 - 0.07 mg· mL^-1（P = 0.999 8）, respectively. The mean recoveries were 101.09% （RSD = 0.66%） and 100.19% （RSD = 0.68%）, respectively. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and reliable for the quality control of gujinsukang tablet.
