急诊科护士心理健康现状分析及对策

目的:了解急诊科护士的心理健康状况。方法:应用SCL-90症状量表对北京市三所综合医院急诊科和普通科的护士共104名分别进行问卷调查,并进行对比分析。结果:急诊科护士与普通病房护士所测总均分及阳性项目数比较,前者明显高于后者,统计学有明显差异;在抑郁、敌对、偏执、人际关系敏感、其它等因子得分上,急诊科护士明显高于普通病房护士,其它因子无明显差异。结论:急诊科护士与普通科护士相比,在SCL-90症状量表上总均分及阳性项目数均高,个别因子得分也较高,导致心理问题的原因是多方面的,应重视急诊科护士的心理健康状况。

Investigation On the psychological Health Of Emergency Nurse And Its Countermeasures

Objective: To study the psychological health of the emergency nurse . Methods: 52 nurses in emergency wards and 52 nurses in normal wards of 3 hospital were investigated ,the result were compared with them .Result:The total scores and positive items of nurses in emergency wards are higher than those of nurses in normal wards,the difference are significant ,such as depressive state ,hostile ,paranoid ideation ,interpersonal relationship factors accrued in nurses in emergency wards . Conclusions:Comparing with nurses in general wards ,nurses in emergency wards have many psychological healthy problems ,such as higher total scores ,and positive items ,the main causes are the working property environment etc,they should by psychologically intervened.
