| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清胆红素浓度变化与冠心病之间的关系。方法采用全自动生化分析仪,检测经选择性冠状动脉造影确诊的120例冠心病患者及经体检证实健康者100例(为对照组)的空腹血清总胆红素、直接胆红素浓度。结果血清胆红素浓度明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论血清胆红素浓度下降可能在冠心病的发病中具有一定的作用,血清胆红素浓度与冠心病发生的危险性呈显著负相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the relationship between the change of serum bilirubin and coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods The autobiochemical analyzer was used to examine the concentration of fast serum total and direct bilirubin in 120 cases in CHD group and 100 healthy people,in which CHD had been confirmed by coronary angiography.Results The serum bilirubin concentration was significant lower in the group of CHD than in the control group.Conclusion Low serum bilirubin may play a very important role in the development of CHD and it shows inversely a reverse relationship between serum bilirubin concentration and CHD. |
