功能性胃肠病的诊治进展

功能性胃肠病（FGIDs）是指具有腹胀、腹痛、腹泻、便秘等消化系统症状但无法以器质性病变或生化异常加以解释的一组疾病。该病极为常见，已成为当前重要公共卫生问题之一。本文结合第六届上海国际胃肠病学会议上有关专家关于功能性消化不良、慢性便秘和肠易激综合征的论述，对上述常见FGIDs的发病机制、诊断和治疗及其研究进展作一介绍。

Advances in the Management of Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders

Functional gastrointestinal disorders （FGIDs） are a group of chronic digestive tract disorders with symptoms including distension, abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation etc. without organic or biochemical explanations. FGIDs are considered to be important to public health because of their high prevalence. Here we reviewed the studies reported at the 6th Shanghai International Conference of Gastroenterology concerning the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of some of the commonly seen FGIDs, such as functional dyspepsia, chronic constipation and irritable bowel syndrome, as well as the advances in the management of these disorders.
