银川市某银行视屏作业人员职业紧张现状调查分析

目的 通过对视屏作业人员的调查和分析，探讨视屏作业人员紧张因素、紧张反应及其影响因素，为降低职业人群的职业危害，控制职业紧张提供科学依据。方法 采用职业紧张量表对宁夏某银行工龄在1年以上的108名视屏作业人员进行问卷调查。结果 视屏作业人员的职业紧张因素的强预测因素有工作负荷、工作责任、家庭和（或）工作平衡等；紧张反应的强预测因素有工作组织满意感、心理满足及躯体不适。视屏作业人员紧张水平的主要影响因素有忍耐性、应付策略、控制源、吸烟指数。结论 视屏作业人员的紧张水平和紧张反应受诸多背景因素、中和缓解因素的共同影响。

Status quo investigation of occupational stress of video display terminals staff

Objective To know about the factors of occupational stress and reactions to stress by testing those workers to video display terminals,and to provide some scientific evidence for reducing occupational harm to occupational groups and controlling occupational stress.Methods By using the measuring list of occupational stress,a questionnaire was respectively handed out to those 108 workers with more than one year's working experience at video display terminals in a bank of Ning Xia.Results The occupational stress factors of the persons working at video display terminal involve many respects of which work load,work duty,balance of family and work,et al.And the major factors influencing the intensity of the stress of those working at video display terminal are patience,task strategies,control origin and the index of smoking.Conclusion The intensity of the stress and the reactions to the stress of the persons working at video display terminal depend upon the simultaneous influence of many background factors and neutralized alleviation factors.
