青海野生椭圆叶花锚中微量元素特征

摘    要:目的对比青海不同地区野生椭圆叶花锚中微量元素的变化。方法采集青海各地花期野生青海椭圆叶花锚全植株,采用原子吸收光谱仪分析测试其铜、锌、铁、锰、钴、镍等微量元素含量。结果平安峡群地区花果期野生椭圆叶花锚中铜、铁、锰、镍等元素含量最高为中心,向北向南都有减小的变化趋势。结论野生青海椭圆叶花锚中微量元素含量具有地理性分布特征。

Abstract:Objective To compare the changes of the trace elements of wild Halenia ellipitica from different region in Qinghai. Methods To collect the whole plant of wild Halenia ellipitica in florescence,analyzed and determined elements content of copper,zinc,iron,manganese and cobalt by atomic absorption spectrophotometer.Results Taken the contents of trace elements as the standard,in florescence the highest trace elements content of wild Halenia ellipitica was from Pinganxiaqun region,while this region towards the southern or the northern had all tending to decrease.Conclusion It indicated that the content of the trace elements had geographical features of distributed that difference districts of wild Halenia ellipitica in Qinghai province.
