温针灸配合刮痧治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效观察

目的：观察温针灸配合刮痧与药物治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效差异。方法：将100例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例,治疗组采用温针灸配合刮痧治疗,对照组采用口服药物治疗,治疗3个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果：治疗组显效率42.0%,总有效率为94.0%,对照组显效率14.0%,总有效率为72.0%,治疗组显效率及总有效率明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：温针灸配合刮痧和药物治疗强直性脊柱炎均有效,但温针灸配合刮痧疗效更优,操作简单,无毒副作用,值得临床推广应用。

Curative Effect Observation on Needling with Moxibustion and Scrapping in Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of needling with moxibustion and scrapping and drug treatment on treating ankylosing spondylitis. Methods： 100 patients with ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, fifty cases in each group.In treatment group, needling with moxibustion and scrapping were used, and in control group there was only the oral drug therapy.After three treatments, theeurative effect was evaluated. Results ： The treatment group showed efficiency by 42.0%, and the total effective rate was 94.0%.The control group showed efficiency by 12.0%, and the total effective rate was 72.0%.The treatment group showed efficiency and the total effective rate was obviously superior to the control group＇s, and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Needling with moxibustion and scrapping and drug treatment of ankylosing spondylitis are effective, but needling with moxibustion and scrapping has better curative effect, simple operation, non-toxic side effects, and it is worthy of clinical application.
