| 摘 要： | 卵巢功能早衰是女性不孕的常见病因之一,发病率有逐年上升趋势。其病因病机多而复杂,诊断和治疗均较困难。该文从中药结合激素替代疗法角度综述了近年来关于卵巢早衰的病因病机、疗效评判、中西医结合治疗、动物实验等方面的研究进展,以期引起临床医务工作者的重视,做到早期诊断,早期治疗,提高患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Premature ovarian failure is a common reason for female infertility.The morbidity has been increasing year by year.Its etiology and pathogenesis are complex, and it＇s difficult to diagnose and treat. This article has summarized the etiology and pathogenesis of premature ovarian failure, traditional Chinese medicine combined with hormone replacement therapy, efficacy evaluation, animal experiments and other research progress in recent years, in order to arouse the attention of clinical medical workers with earlier diagnosis as well as earlier treatment, improving the natients＇ aualitv of life. |
