止骨增生丸对兔膝骨关节炎组织形态学改变实验研究

目的：探讨止骨增生丸对兔膝骨性关节炎模型组织形态学的影响。方法：选取大耳白兔24只,按照组间均衡一致的原则,将24只健康大耳兔随机分为4组,每组6只,分别为：正常组、模型组、对照组（壮骨关节丸）组、治疗组（止骨增生丸）组。采用改良的＂Hulth＂经典造模法复制家兔膝骨性关节炎模型。造模成功后按体型系数换算法,计算出家兔用药量。给予对照组：含壮骨关节丸0.756g/kg的生理盐水10mL/次,3次/d,给予治疗组：含止骨增生丸0.756g/kg的生理盐水10mL/次,3次/d药物灌胃,用药4周后取材,采用普通光学显微镜观察关节软骨的层次、软骨细胞及软骨下骨的变化。结果：肉眼观察见正常组关节软骨表面光滑,呈极淡蓝色。对照组（壮骨关节丸）关节软骨表面呈淡黄色。治疗组（止骨增生丸）软骨颜色淡白。模型组关节软骨表面略显粗糙,呈黄色,可见滑膜充血。治疗组（止骨增生丸组）：软骨组织表面光滑,表浅层：组织细胞有部分消失。以上实验结果结果显示止骨增生丸可以维持机体软骨细胞的正常组织形态,改善骨性关节炎的滑膜充血肿胀情况以及维持软骨细胞组织的正常形态。结论：表明止骨增生丸对骨性关节炎有比较显著的防治效果,其临床效果优于壮骨关节丸。

Experimental Study on Influence of Zhigu Zengsheng Pill on Morphological Changes of Knee Osteoarthritis Rabbits

Objective ： To investigate the effects of Zhigu Zengsheng Pill on the histomorphology of the knee osteoarthritic rabbit model. Method： 24 healthy Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into four groups according to the homeostatic principle among groups, which were the normal group, animal model group, control group （ Zhuanggu Guanjie Pill ） and treatment group （ Zhigu Zengsheng Pill ） respectively. The knee osteoarthritie rabbit models were prepared according to the modified Hulth classic protocol. After modeling, the doses for the rabbit models were calculated according to the bodily form coefficients convertion method. 10 mL saline containing 0.756 g Zhuanggu Guanjie Pill was administered to the control group though gastric perfusion, three times a day, and same dose of Zhigu Zengsheng Pill was administered to the treatment group in the same way.,＊ weeks later, the alterations of the articular cartilage layering, ehondroeyte, and the subehondral bone were observed with general microscope. Results： By macroscopic observation, the cartilage in normal group was light blue.In the control group, it was light yellow.In the treatment group, it was light white.The cartilage surface in model group was a little rough and yellow with synovial congestion.In treatment group, cartilage tissue was mooth with some tissue cells disappearing.All these results showed that Zhigu Zengsheng Pill can maintain the normal tissue of cartilage, improve the synovial congestion and maintain the normal shape of bone cells. Conclusion ： Zhigu Zengsheng Pill has significant preventing and therapeutic effects on the osteoarthritis, and the clinical results are better than Zhuanggu Guanjie Pill＇s effect.
