| 摘 要： | 本文对我院1984～1987年近三年中采用V型髓内钉治疗胫腓骨干骨折40例进行了分析。认为本手术因切口小而操作简便,手术时间短,护埋方便,住院周期短,骨折愈合与功能恢复快,适合基层医院推广应用。

| Abstract: | The article analysizes 40 cases with tibial-peroneal diaphysis fracture treated with V-type marrow nail, who hospitalized from 1984 to 1987, and points oot that the operation is easily perfomed because of a small cut, short time of surgery, well-served nursing, short hospitalization and faster recovery of function. Therefore, it can be spreaded in basic level hospitals. |
