摘    要:目的 :通过对三七主要农艺性状的相关系数和通径系数分析 ,确定三七高产栽培的主攻方向和育种的选择对象。方法 :对云南、广西两产区的 52个产地进行采样 ,测定株高、茎粗、复叶数、叶长、叶宽、叶面积及单株根重 ,进行相关和通径分析。结果 :叶面积对三七单株根重的贡献最大。结论 :三七的高产栽培应以提高叶面积为主攻方向 ,育种应注重对叶面积、特别是对宽叶性状的选择 ,同时综合株高和茎粗的协调。

Abstract:Objective: To select the main directions and the objects in breeding the high yield of Panax notoginseng by the correlation and path analysis of main agronomic character of P. notoginseng. Method: Samples in fifty-two districts of Y unnan and Guangxi were collected. The height of plant, the diameter of stem, the number,length, width, size of le af and the weight of each root of those samples were measured. Resul t: The greatest contribution to the weight of each root is the size of leaf. Conclusion: The size of leaf sh ould be key to the high yield of cultribution of P.notoginseng and the size of leaf especially the width of leaf should be selected in breeding. At the same time, the height of plant and the dia meter of stem should be considered.
