HPLC测定风湿安泰片中乌头碱的含量

 目的测定中药制剂风湿安泰片中乌头碱的含量,为中药制剂风湿安泰片中乌头碱的含量提供检测方法,制定质控标准。方法色谱柱采用YWG-C₁₈(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm),流动相为0.04 mol·L^-1三乙胺(磷酸调pH=3)-甲醇(50:50),检测波长为235 mm。结果风湿安泰片中乌头碱的含量线性范围为(0.02～5.0)mg·L^-1(r=0.999 9),最低检测限0.01mg·L^-1,平均回收率为(97.4±2.76)%。日内、日间RSD均小于5%。结论此方法具有快速、简便、灵敏、准确等特点,适合于风湿安泰片中乌头碱的含量测定。

Determination of aconitine in Fengshi Antai tablets by HPLC

OBJECTIVE To determine the content of aconitine in Fengshi Antai tablets.METHODS A HPLC method was established using YWG-C₁₈(4.6 mm× 250 mm,5 μm)with the mobile phase consisting of 0.04 mol·L^-1 triethylamine (adjust pH to 3 with H₃PO₄)-methanol (50:50). UV detection wavelength was at 235 nm. RESULTS The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.02～5.0mg·L^-1(r=0.999 9). The detection limit was 0.01 mg·L^-1 .The average recovery was (98.6 ± 3.2)% .Both of the intra-day and inter-day precision were less than 5% .CONCLUSION The method is rapid, simple, sensitive,accurate, and can be used for the determination of the preparation.
