丽珠胃三联治疗幽门螺杆菌的疗效观察

目的 观察丽珠胃三联（枸橼酸铋钾、克拉霉素和替硝唑）对Hp的疗效。方法 650例中Hp阳性患者按下列给药方法：枸橼酸铋钾2次／天，2片／次，早晚餐前30min空腹服用；克拉霉素、替硝唑各1片，2次／天，早晚餐后服用，疗程为一周。疗程结束后4周用C^14呼气实验作Hp测定。结果 650例中611例Hp转阴。转阴率为94%，其中45例以往抗Hp治疗（枸橼酸铋钾、阿莫西林及灭滴灵）未转阴者改用丽珠胃三联治疗后有38例转阴。结论 丽珠胃三联有较好的抗Hp疗效，对阿莫西林耐药菌株也有效，与含奥美拉唑方案疗效相同。

Effective observation of Helicobacter Pylori treated with colloidal bismuth subcitrate, clarithromycin and tinidazole

Objective To observe the effect of colloidal bismuth subcitrate, clarithromycin and tinidazole on Helicobacter Pylori. Methods 650 patients whose Helicobacter Pylori were positive took drugs as follows: colloidal bismuth subcitrate, 2 tablets, twice per day (before breakfast and supper with empty stomach); clarithromycin and tinidazole, 1 tablet respective, twice per day (after breakfast and supper); The course of treatment lasted 1 week. Helicobacter Pylori were detected by C14 detecting of exhalant gas.Results Helicobacter Pylori of 611 cases (94%) changed into negative. 38 cases of 45 cases whose Helicobacter Pylori were still positive treated with colloidal bismuth subcitrate, amoxicillin and metronidazole became negative after they were treated with colloidal bismuth subcitrate, clarithromycin and tinidazole. Conclusion Colloidal bismuth subcitrate, clarithromycin and tinidazole were effective to Helicobacter Pylori who resisted to amoxicillin, and their use was same as omeprazole.
