持续质量改进对妇产科护理质量管理的影响分析

目的分析妇产科护理质量管理中应用持续质量改进的效果。方法于本院妇产科2018年1月至2019年12月收治的患者中选取100例,分为两组,对照组给予常规护理质量管理,研究组护理质量管理中应用持续质量改进,比较两组护理质量管理效果。结果研究组消毒管理、护理技巧、病区管理、文书管理和操作规范等评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良事件发生率为4.0%,满意度为96.0%,与对照组的20.0%、78.0%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论持续质量改进应用于妇产科,可有效提升患者护理管理质量,减少不良事件发生,提升患者满意度。

Analysis of the influence of continuous quality improvement on nursing quality management in obstetrics and gynecology

Objective:To analyze the effect of applying continuous quality improvement in nursing quality management of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:A total of 100 patients admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group was given routine care quality management,and the study group was treated with continuous quality improvement in nursing quality management.The effectiveness of nursing quality management in the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the scores of disinfection management,nursing skills,ward management,document management and operation specifications of the study group were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse events in the study group was 4.0%,and the satisfaction rate was 96.0%.Compared with 20.0%and 78.0%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous quality improvement applied to obstetrics and gynecology can effectively improve the quality of patient care management,reduce adverse events,and improve patient satisfaction.
