| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Xixue pricking and cupping therapy in the treatment of dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis.Methods:58 dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group were given Xixue pricking and cupping therapy,the control group was given Fenbid.All patients were treated for 3 menstrual cycles.Results:The curative effect of the treatment group(89.65%)was better than that of the control group(65.52%)(P<0.05).After treatment,abdominal pain refusal,duration,menstrual color,blood clot,hand and foot hypothermia and total score in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).4 cases of adverse reactions were found in the control group,and no adverse reactions were found in the treatment group.Conclusion:Xixue pricking and cupping therapy in the treatment of dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis is effective and the side effect is small. |
