益气养阴汤联合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量的影响

目的:观察益气养阴汤联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的效果及对其生活质量的改善作用。方法:将经手术组织病理学确诊为晚期非小细胞肺癌患者84例按照随机数字表法分组为对照组与观察组,各42例。对照组采用单纯化疗治疗(多西他赛联合顺铂);观察组于对照组基础上给予益气养阴汤口服治疗。评价2组治疗疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分变化,采用EORTC QLQ-C30与EORTC QLQ-LC 13量表及卡氏评分标准(KPS)评价2组患者治疗前后生活质量状况。分别于治疗前后检测2组血清免疫学指标,记录治疗期间不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为85.71%,高于对照组59.52%(P<0.05)。2组中医证候积分均较治疗前明显下降,观察组治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后生活质量评分较治疗前升高,且观察组治疗后生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后KPS评分高于对照组,2组均较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血清CD3+、CD4+水平及CD4+/CD8+较治疗前升高,观察组升高程度较对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组白细胞计数下降、恶心/呕吐及腹泻发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:晚期非小细胞肺癌患者化疗期间辅以益气养阴汤治疗可有助于提高治疗效果和免疫功能,且不良反应更少,有助于改善患者生活质量。

Effect of Yiqi Yangyin Tang Combined with Chemotherapy on Quality of Life in Patients with Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective:To observe the effect of Yiqi Yangyin tang combined with chemotherapy for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer and its improving effect on quality of life.Methods:A total of 84 cases of patients diagnosed as advanced non-small cell lung cancer by surgery and histopathology were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,42 cases in each group.The control group was given simple chemotherapy with docetaxel combined with cisplatin,and the observation group was additionally given oral administration of Yiqi Yangyin tang based on the treatment of the control group.The changes in Chinese medicine syndrome scores before and after treatment and curative effect in the two groups were evaluated.Before and after treatment,the quality of life in the two groups was assessed by EORTC QLQ-C30,EORTC QLQ-LC 13 and Karnofsky Performance Score(KPS),and the serum immunological indexes were detected.During treatment,the adverse reactions were recorded.Results:The total effective rate was 85.71%in the observation group,higher than that of 59.52%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the KPS scores in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3+and CD4+and the values of CD4+/CD8+in serum in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the increase in the observation group was more than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of reduction of white blood cell count,nausea,vomiting and diarrhea in the observation group were significantly fewer than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:During chemotherapy,the application of Yiqi Yangyin tang for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer can improve their curative effect,immune function and quality of life with fewer adverse reactions.
