舒适性新生儿沐浴干预方案对黄疸患儿的作用

目的分析舒适性新生儿沐浴干预方案对黄疸患儿的运用效果。方法选取咸宁市中医医院2017年1月至2018年12月病理性黄疸患儿100例,将其分成对照组与干预组,各50例,对照组予以常规沐浴方案护理,干预组予以舒适性新生儿沐浴干预方案护理。比较两组患儿住院时间、每日排便次数、首次胎粪转黄及完全退黄时间、血清胆红素水平、皮肤护理疗效。结果与对照组相比,干预组患儿的住院时间较短、每日排便次数较多、首次胎粪转黄时间及完全退黄时间均较短(均P<0.05);护理前两组患儿的血清胆红素水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后水平均低于同组护理前,且干预组低于对照组(均P<0.05);干预组患儿皮肤护理总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适性新生儿沐浴干预方案能有效提升黄疸患儿皮肤护理效果,促使胆红素水平降低,改善患儿排便功能,值得临床推广使用。

Effect of bath intervention program on neonates with jaundice

Objective To analyze the effect of comfortable newborn bath intervention program on neonates with jaundice.Methods One hundred patients with pathological jaundice were selected from January 2017 to December 2018 and divided into control group and intervention group,with 50 patients in each group.The neonates in control group were treated with routine bath nursing.And comfortable bath intervention nursing was performed in intervention group.The length of stay,daily defecation frequency,first meconium yellowing time and complete withdrawal time,serum bilirubin levels,and skin care effects were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the hospitalization duration,daily defecation frequency,first meconium yellowing time and complete withdrawal time were shorter in the intervention group(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in serum bilirubin levels between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The levels of serum bilirubin after nursing were lower than those of the same group before nursing which in intervention group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of skin care was higher in the intervention group than that in the control group.Conclusions The intervention program of comfortable newborn bath can effectively improve the care effect on neonates with jaundice,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
