冠心病血瘀证分子生物学的文献计量学研究

摘    要:目的 对冠心病血瘀证分子生物学进行文献计量学研究,以分析其研究现状、热点及发展趋势,对冠心病血瘀证分子生物学领域的研究和应用提供参考。方法 检索相关文献,利用Excel、NoteExpress3.2.0、CiteSpace5.5.R2软件对文献的年份、作者、机构、关键词做出文献计量学及可视化分析。结果 纳入294篇文献,年发文量整体呈上升趋势;王阶及其团队对该领域的贡献较大,王伟和郑景辉的文献为该领域的重要转折点;中国中医科学院广安门医院是该领域的热门机构;代谢组学、DNA甲基化、中医证候是该领域的热点及前沿。结论 学者们对该领域的研究在不断增加,研究方向呈多样化,但仍需更深入的研究与验证,促使冠心病血瘀证分子生物学领域的发展更加科学化。

Abstract:Objective To explore the status, hot spots, and trends of research on molecular biology of coronary heart disease with blood stasis syndrome through bibliometric analysis, so as to provide references for the research and application of molecular biology in coronary heart disease with blood stasis syndrome.Methods The relevant research articles were retrieved, then Excel, NoteExpress3.2.0, and CiteSpace5.5.R2 were used to conduct the bibliometric and visual analysis of the year, author, institution, and keywords of those pieces of literature.Results A total of 294 articles were included, the annual number of publications was on the rise. Wang Jie and his team had made a great contribution to this field. The researches of Wang Wei and Zheng Jinghui were an important turning point in this field. Guang"anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences is a hot spot of the institutes. Metabolomics, DNA methylation, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes were the hot spots of research topics and frontiers.Conclusion Researches in this field are increasing with diversified directions, but more in-depth research and verification are still needed to promote the scientific development of molecular biology of coronary heart disease blood stasis syndrome.
