中医敷包联合穴位按摩对视网膜脱落患者舒适度及体位依从度的影响

目的:探究中医敷包联合穴位按摩对视网膜脱落患者舒适度及体位依从度的影响。方法:将66例视网膜脱落患者按随机数字表法将其分成2组,对照组33例术后给予常规护理,观察组33例术后给予中医敷包联合穴位按摩。对比2组患者护理后舒适度、护理前后中医证候积分以及护理后2组体位依从度。结果:护理3 d、5 d、10 d后,观察组舒适度评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组护理前各中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组视物不清、眼底目络充盈曲张、视衣瘀血、眼胀头痛胸胁胀闷、烦躁失眠、食少嗳气积分与对照组比较降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组体位依从度较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医敷包联合穴位按摩用于视网膜脱落患者中效果显著,可明显提高患者的舒适度,改善患者中医证候,提高体位依从度,有利于患者的康复。

Effect of Chinese Herbal Package Combined with Point Massage on Comfort andPosture Compliance of Patients with Retinal Detachment

Objective:To observe the effect of the therapy of Chinese herbal package combined with point massage on comfort and posture compliance of patients with retinal detachment.Methods:A total of 66 patients with retinal detachment were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Thirty-three patients in the control group were given routine nursing after operation,and thirty-three patients in the observation group were given the therapy of Chinese herbal package combined with point massage after operation.The comfort after nursing,Chinese medicine syndrome scores before and after nursing and posture compliance after nursing in the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing for three days,five days and ten days,the scores of comfort in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the comparison of the scores of Chinese medicine syndromes before nursing between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of visual indistinctness,varicose of eye collaterals in the fundus,static blood in the retina,eye distension,headache,distension and oppression in the chest and rib-side,vexation and agitation,insomnia,and low appetite as well as belching in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the posture compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Chinese herbal package combined with point massage has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with retinal detachment,which can obviously improve the comfort level,the Chinese medicine syndromes and the posture compliance,and is conducive to the rehabilitation.
