系统性血管炎眼受累

原发性系统性血管炎是一组罕见但危及生命的疾病，其可能以多种形式影响眼及其附属器。系统性血管炎眼部受累可表现为结膜炎、浅层巩膜炎、巩膜炎、周边溃疡性角膜炎、葡萄膜炎、眼眶炎性假瘤、缺血性视神经病变和视网膜血管炎等。眼部血管造影、超声、磁共振成像等检测手段有助于亚临床眼部受累的早期诊断。糖皮质激素及生物制剂的应用使伴有严重眼部受累的系统性血管炎患者的预后得到改善。

Primary systemic vasculitis is a group of rare but life-threatening diseases that may affect the eye in many forms.Ocular involvements in systemic vasculitis can manifest as conjunctivitis,episcleritis,scleritis,peripheral ulcerative keratitis,anterior uveitis,ischemic optic neuropathy and retinal vasculitis.Ocular imaging,ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging are helpful for the early diagnosis of subclinical ocular involvement,and the use of glucocorticoids and biological agents have improved the visual prognosis of patients with severe ocular involvement of systemic vasculitis associated.
