不可切除肝内胆管癌介入治疗

近年来,肝内胆管癌(ICC)发病率呈上升趋势,由于起病隐匿,多数病人诊断时已经处于晚期,因此预后较差。手术切除是治疗ICC的首选方案,但仅有30%~40%的ICC病人有机会接受手术治疗,切除后的5年存活率仅22%~44%。根据病人的病情特点及个体化差异,选择不同的介入治疗策略或者联合治疗方法,可以优化肿瘤治疗效果,为不可切除的肝内胆管癌带来更好的生存质量和生存时间。

Abstract The incidence of ICC has been increasing in recent years. Most cases are diagnosed at advanced stage with poor prognosis. Surgical resection is the only curative treatment for ICC. However，only 30% to 40% of patients with ICC have the chance to receive surgical treatment，and the 5-year survival rate after resection is only 22% to 44%. According to the patient's characteristics and individual parameters，the different interventional treatment or combined therapy should be adopted to increase the tumor control rate and reduce side effects，which will benefit the ICC patients with better life quality and longer overall survival rate.
