消癜冲剂对过敏性紫癜血清sVCAM-1及IgA/C3 水平的影

目的:观察消癜冲剂对过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿血清血管黏附分子(sVCAM-1)、血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)/补体3(C3)水平变化的影响,探讨并完善消癜冲剂在治疗过敏性紫癜患儿中的作用机制。方法:采用随机分组法将60例符合诊断标准的HSP患儿分为观察组与对照组各30例,对照组参照《儿科学》中过敏性紫癜的常规治疗方法进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案的基础上加用消癜冲剂进行治疗,并进行临床症状观察及sVCAM-1、IgA/C3水平的检测,观察消癜冲剂对其变化的影响。结果:治疗后,临床疗效总有效率观察组90.00%,对照组76.67%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗前后比较,sVCAM-1差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),IgA及IgA/C3差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),C3水平治疗前后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组sVCAM-1、IgA及IgA/C3分别与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组C3水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:消癜冲剂能改善过敏性紫癜患儿的临床症状,对sVCAM-1、IgA/C3有明显的改善作用。

Effect of Xiaodian Granules on Levels of sVCAM- 1 and IgA/C3 in Serum in Children with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura

Objective:To observe the effect of Xiaodian granules on changes in the level of soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(sVCAM-1)and value of immunoglobulin A(IgA)/complement 3(C3)in serum in children with henoch-schonlein purpura(HSP);to discuss and improve the mechanism of Xiaodian granules in the treatment of HSP children.Methods:A total of 60 cases of HSP children who met diagnostic criteria were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random grouping method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment of henochschonlein purpura on the basis of Pediatrics,and the observation group was additionally given Xiaodian granules based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical symptoms were observed.The level of sVCAM-1 and value of IgA/C3 were detected,and the effect of Xiaodian granules on changes in the levels was observed.Results:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate was 90.00%in the observation group,and 76.67%in the control group,no significant difference was found between the two groups(P>0.05).Before and after treatment,the comparison of the level of sVCAM-1 between the two groups showed significance in differences(P<0.01);the comparison of the the level of IgA and value of IgA/C3 between the two groups showed significance in differences(P<0.05);no significant difference was found in the comparison of the level of C3 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the comparisons of levels of sVCAM-1 and IgA as well as value of IgA/C3 between the two groups showed significance in differences(P<0.05).After treatment,no significant difference was found in the comparison of the level of C3 between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xiaodian granules can improve clinical symptoms of children with henoch-schonlein purpura,and significantly improve the level of sVCAM-1 and value of IgA/C3.
