海藻玉壶汤加减治疗甲状腺肿瘤术后临床研究

目的:观察海藻玉壶汤加减治疗甲状腺肿瘤术后的临床疗效及对甲状腺激素水平的影响。方法:纳入72例甲状腺肿瘤术后患者,按随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各36例。对照组给予甲状腺素钠片治疗,试验组给予海藻玉壶汤加减治疗。疗程均为2个月,观察比较2组临床疗效、不良反应及治疗前后促甲状腺素(TSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离总甲状腺素(FT4)水平变化。结果:试验组总有效率为91.67%,对照组为66.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者TSH水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),FT3、FT4水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05);试验组TSH、FT3、FT4水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率试验组为5.56%,对照组为22.22%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:海藻玉壶汤加减治疗甲状腺肿瘤术后患者临床疗效确切,能够有效调节患者甲状腺激素水平,降低不良反应发生率。

Clinical Study on Modified Haizao Yuhu Tang for Patients After Surgery of Thyroid Tumor

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Haizao Yuhu tang for patients after surgery of thyroid tumor and its effect on the levels of thyroid hormones.Methods:A total of 72 cases of patients after surgery of thyroid tumor were enrolled and divided into the experiment group and the control group according to the random number table method,36 cases in each group.The control group was given levothyroxine sodium tablets,and the experiment group was given modified Haizao Yuhu tang.Both groups were treated for two months.The clinical effect and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Before and after treatment,the changes in levels of thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),free triiodothyronine(FT3),and free thyroxine(FT4)were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 91.67%in the experiment group,and 66.67%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of TSH in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and levels of FT3 and FT4 were increased(P<0.05);but the three levels above in the experiment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.56%in the experiment group,and 22.22%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients after surgery of thyroid tumor,modified Haizao Yuhu tang has defined clinical effect,which can effectively regulate levels of thyroid hormones and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
